BaseHall has been a red-hot dining destination for the Central crowd since its opening in June 2020, with its diverse offerings and prime location at Jardine House. The latest addition to its 10 constantly rotating brands is Bengal Brothers, bringing India’s tantalising street-side bites to the bustling multi-concept food hall as their second outpost.

Tom Andrews, General Manager Hong Kong, Hongkong Land states: “Working with Bengal Brothers, BaseHall is delighted to introduce an Indian grab-and-go experience that is so popular with the office crowd, businessmen and aunties of India.” Anticipate Bangel Brothers’ signatures from their Wan Chai outlet, including Kati Rolls – chunks of chargrilled meats or vegetables wrapped in paratha flatbreads, or first-class bowls from classic Chicken Tikka (HK$118) to vegetarian Punjabi Chickpea (HK$108), to Achaari Paneer(HK$118) served in a classic makhani sauce.

Celebrating their new location, Bengal Brothers has introduced a special menu only available at BaseHall. Highlights include ‘Low Carb Grill Set’ (HK$148) featuring Poppadums, Koshimbirsalad and a choice of grilled Chicken Tikka or Paneer with a beverage. A la carte street snacks, such as Gunpowder Fries (HK$48), Kerala Fried Chicken (HK$78) and Sweet Potato Chaat (HK$68), are new additions best paired with Indian local craft beers – BIRA91 Lager (HK$58) and BIRA91 Pomelo IPA (HK$58).
