Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong joined hands with French beauty concept Yves Rocher in their latest ‘Earth & Ocean’ Afternoon Tea, spotlighting the natural offerings from mother earth.
Yves Rocher has been a pioneer in the botanical beauty scene, introducing earthy products that connect beauty with nature. Standing by the same ethos, the culinary team from Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong took inspiration from the brand’s latest line, Elixir Botanique. The line highlighted the earth-ocean merger: The Nasturtium and Tetraselmis micro-algae, and hence the ‘Earth & Ocean’ Afternoon Tea set is introduced.
The tea set is designed for two, perfect under the current restrictions, featuring five savouries and sweet treats, complemented by 2 hours of bottomless coffee or tea. Begin the tea time with refreshing seafood bites ‘Ceviche’ Carabineros with Caviar and Nori-Marinated Salmon, followed by hearty delights with ingredients from the land including Ginseng Chicken Royale, Wild Mushroom Tart and Black Truffle Beef Cheek Rice Croquettes. Highlights from the sweet items include quintessentially British fig scones, Butterfly Pea Composition, Green Tea Choux, Blueberry Tart and more fresh bakes.
Available from 16th February to 2nd May 2022, the set is priced at HK$638 on weekdays and HK$668 on weekends and public holidays. Strike a pose by the ‘Earth & Ocean’ themed photo opportunity wall, backdropped by an ocean-like translucent turquoise fabric while sitting enthroned in a shell-shaped sofa, for an insta-worthy shot with a deeper message.
