It has been a bustling start of the year for Chef Simon Rogan and the Roganic team. Following the much-loved opening of The Baker & The Bottleman – the double-concept natural wine bar and bakery, the Roganic team have been accoladed by one MICHELIN star and a Green Star. Their culinary excellence and recognisable efforts in practising sustainability have been highly referred to across continents.
Just when one thought the hype is over, the all-star team has brought back a brand new home meal kit to keep home cooks entertained amidst the new wave of lockdown.
Starting from the weekend of 18th to 20th February, Roganic will be introducing 3-course rotating menus (priced at HK$700 for two pax) available at the acclaimed Simon Rogan at home. The menu features their seasonal delights with their signature Irish Soda Bread and Whipped Brown Butter. Anticipate the creamiest Mushroom Soup with maitake, salted egg, and chilli garlic oil as the starter, Confit Duck Leg with bean cassoulet and swiss chard for main, and Sticky Toffee Pudding with miso, poached pear to round off the set. Simple reheating instruction cards and a step-by-step video come along with the order for everyone to recreate the Michelin flavours at ease.
Other notable highlights include their add-on Bread and Pastry Box (HK$200), boasting the most celebrated bakes from Roganic’s bakery. From truffle pudding with black garlic puree, soda bread, to chocolate chip cookies. Discover more indulgences at the online ordering platform.
