Savvy is the newest contemporary lifestyle dining destination located in Tsim Sha Tsui. It is set to re-energise the epicurean scene when it debuts at Prince Hotel Harbour City on 12 November 2021.

You can directly access the 8,000-square-feet Savvy on level 3 of Harbour City. Savvy displays a new concept of blended spaces. This new contemporary lifestyle dining destination merges a trendy happening bar, a classy modern lounge and a stylish urban restaurant into one, celebrating local and western cuisines. This venue dedicated a modern style and vibrancy to the atmosphere. SAVVY, as a day-to-night location, encourage guests to enjoy the restaurant’s food and beverages, as much as to relax in SAVVY’s inviting venue.

There are two private dining rooms that feature audio and visual facilities, in order to facilitate business gatherings, celebratory and exclusive occasions of all sorts.

Savvy provides the culinary experience of lunch, tea and dinner. It will be delivered by the Chef of Cuisine, Derek Ng, who has more than 28 years of experience. The Chef of Cuisine and his team will be creating a collective of both Asian and Western flavours. The restaurant provides all kinds of dishes for guests to choose from, vegetarian and gluten-free options are also included.

Guests can enjoy the close-up views of the action behind the open kitchen whilst sitting comfortably.

SAVVY aims to encourage the public to be environmental-friendly. Therefore, the restaurant has partnered with the World Wide Fund For Nature Hong Kong for sustainable seafood. Including Gilled Norweigian Salmon, Pan-fried Seabass that’s caught from the Antarctic Ocean, Grilled Vietnam King Prawns and many more.

SAVVY provides some grilled signature, such as Australian Wagyu Beef Steak, Lobster Tom Yum Kung Rice Noodles, Coconut Beef ‘Rendang’ and Tiger Prawns, which are perfect for relaxed dining and sharing.

Appetisers from the cold table with a main course dish to order and a dessert from SAVVY’s trolley are offered for Set Lunches on weekdays,

SAVVY’s bar is decorated with sinuous marble with a full-length backlit showcase. The bar functions as a noodle bar for lunch hour and offers quick bites. In the evening, it offers a variety of pre- and post- dinner beverages. The resident mixologist is in charge of the signature cocktails, creating with a menu of French, Italian and New World wines. The cocktail menu includes Sherry Oak Barrel Aged Cocktail, Yuzuvvy and Sassy Classy.

Lounge

The lounge area has a bright and garden-like design, resembling the dessert parlour comfort. The lounge will host afternoon tea for guests. Pastry Chef Jeff Lo is in charge of creating the afternoon tea menu. Delicate ensembles of cakes and pastries will be displaying on the dessert trolley during afternoon tea.
