These days sustaining a green lifestyle is more than just having a salad for lunch. With the GreenPass launched by KIRR, you’ll feel urged to try out various delectable green restaurants around the city. Especially with the variety of plant-based restaurants Hong Kong has to offer.

KIRR Initiative

KIRR (Keeping It Real & Raw) is an e-commerce platform that focuses on selling eco-friendly products and helping others build an accessible sustainable lifestyle. They encourage consumers to embrace a green lifestyle starting with their regular activities. By providing a choice of real and raw products made with sustainable components and materials, such as jewelry, household items, and slow fashion. KIRR also acts as a community or, in KIRR-lingo, a ‘Kommunity’. To exchange recipes, lifestyle ideas, and advice for making more green decisions to live a more mindful, purposeful life.

At the start of October, KIRR came out with Hong Kong’s first-ever green dining pass. A pass that allows you to explore the top green restaurants in the city while also receiving amazing discounts and offers. Creating a rather more joyful and passionate green dining experience while promoting a plant-based diet in a new holistic approach. Every meal makes a difference with every step leading you to a sustainable lifestyle. GreenPass aspires to be a portal for Hong Kongers who want to eat in a health-conscious and more ecological way.

With enticing discounts of up to 20% off, 14 participating businesses deliver some tasty Green meals. Shirley Kwok, founded Hong Kong’s health-conscious cake shop The Cakery and KIRR to inspire and promote green lifestyles more accessible to all. Kwok says “I hope to make change through food by encouraging our #Kommunity to reduce their dietary carbon footprint, while exploring some of the amazing green dishes our local partners have to offer”. Taking tiny, but substantial, moves in the right direction can have a big impact on the food chain. As a result, it can positively influence the current state of the environment.

GreenPass by KIRR

To gain a GreenPass, visitors must firstly make a minimum purchase of HKD100 with at least one vegan or vegetarian dish on their bill from any of the partner restaurants. Then, customers can travel about the city collecting stamps and exclusive incentives from participating merchants.

The reward for collecting all 9 stamps from 5 different merchants. on the GreenPass is HKD100 in KIRR credit. A chance to win a one-night stay for two at The St.Regis Hong Kong sponsored by StayK. Along with a complimentary signature cake from The Cakery. Conversely, if customers do not prefer that. You may also be entitled to a four-course lunch set for two from Ma…and The Seeds of Life.
