CARBON, a new lifestyle venue combining entertainment, wellness, and food. The name of the restaurant is inspired by the chemical element from which life originated.

CARBON aspired to become the epitome of cultural gatherings locally. Every aspect was curated purposefully to bring to life a diverse and sophisticated vision.

Jungle meets Concrete Jungle

The concept of CARBON is universal yet versatile. The space in CARBON merges disruptive and sustainable manner seminal to the development of the local cultural scene. CARBON’s chic aesthetic design is to pay tribute to the surrounding concrete jungle in the city. By incorporating natural elements into its urban body, adding layering colours, organic touches and undulating textures, CARBON becomes the combination of city and nature. The design makes use of natural lighting during the daytime, connecting people to the outside, despite being inside of a building. In the evening, CARBON becomes a venue for live performances, creating the sense that the night is still young.

Divided into two spaces, a 6200-square-feet venue and a 2600-square-feet private rooftop. The two spaces have a white-grey-black colour scheme. Connecting the two spaces is a marble staircase. The lower level venue is mainly a restaurant area with a lounge area, and the rooftop is a multi-functional spot.

The rooftop area has a shisha bar sector. It not only provides regular shisha and also a nicotine-free tea base shisha that is worth looking forward to. The main area on the rooftop is designed to be a meditation space. All the furniture are moveable in order to arrange for events. CARBON is planning on using the rooftop space to host collaborative events and also festive events. They are also planning to hold rooftop movie events with projectors projecting movies on the wall of the building they are facing. You can view the central city view with Tai Kwun on one side and Victoria Harbour on the other side.
