From 2 November to 5 December 2021, The Murray Hong Kong presents you with a limited-time tapas brunch menu. Executive Chef Edgard Sanuy from Barcelona designed this menu to pay homage to the unique Spanish flavours. Also to offer you an exotic experience in the cosy environment of Murray Lane.

Tapas with some friends at The Murray Hotel will make your fun weekend. No matter if you are in the stylish indoor area or at the chill al fresco dining area, you can enjoy the exceptional atmosphere from Murray Lane, and of course the memorable culinary experience. Every guest will receive a complimentary glass of Sangria to pair with the amazing tapas. This tapas brunch menu includes tantalising tapas and delectable desserts. This menu serves a delicate spread of cold cuts, cheeses and bakery delights, a variety of made-to-order dishes from a carefully designed tapas selection, a succulent carvery and desserts. All by Chef Edgard to pay respects to his Spanish roots.

Share your three dishes of choice and churros with your friends

This menu is a party pleaser. You get to get a taste of everything. Each guest can order three tapas from a 15-and-more item selection. You can choose from Potato and Mayo salad “Rusa”, Tomato Salad with Smoked Herring, White Anchovies with Garlic Oil “Picada” to Chilled Gazpacho Soup with Watermelon. Prawns “Ajillo” Style is the must-have dish on this menu, this is a Spanish staple with the promising aroma of garlic and a hint of spiciness. Octopus “Gallega”, a beloved tapa with smoked paprika flavours and serving with boiled potatoes. If you are looking for something wholesome and substantial, Slow-Cooked Egg with Agria Potatoes might just be your kind of dish. It is enriched with black pudding and savoury chorizo.

Meaty dishes such as Suckling Pig and Ribeye Roast is available on a weekly rotation to tempt meat lovers, seize the chance to have a bite into these. 

Various desserts are available at the buffet tables to finish off brunch. And what is more appropriate and perfect than crispy churros coated in cinnamon sugar.

The premium ingredients used in this menu are sourced from Spain, nearby Chef Edgard’s hometown, no matter if we are talking about padró peppers, blood pudding, chorizo, octopus, or extra virgin olive oil. 

Booking Details

This exclusive Tapas Brunch menu is only available from 2 November till 5 December 2021. This menu is also a weekend menu, available from 12 p.m to 2:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday within this period. The price for adult guests are at the rate of HKD498, and for an extra price of HKD248, adult guest can get free-flow cavas, wines, beers, cocktails, soft drinks and juices. The price for children guests is at the rate of HKD268. Prices are subjected to a 10% service charge.
