To celebrate the merry season, they introduced the Dedicated Caviar Menu and a Deluxe Caviar Festive Afternoon Tea, with Sumptuous Caviar Tasting Platter as a supplement.
The 5-course tasting menu, also available as a la carte throughout the day, features the most refined premium caviar selections. Started off with crispy Potato Croissant with Imperial Ossetra Caviar, and Green Asparagus with Beluga Caviar adorned with precisely 63-degree egg sprinkled in orange zest confit, it is thoughtfully appetising and well-balanced. Followed by the Scallop Soup with Superior Sturgeon Caviar – warming the cockles of your heart, and the extravagant Sea Urchin Linguine with Royal Cristal Caviar. Topping off is the Mascarpone Creme Brulee with Superior Sturgeon Caviar– a rare find of caviar dessert. Priced at HK$988, it considerably includes a glass of bubbly champagne paired exquisitely for the course. In case one is still longing for more, the Sumptuous Caviar Tasting Platter is available as an add-on for HK$$400 (normally priced at HK$488).
For a lighter yet equally delectable treat, The Caviar Festive Afternoon Tea is perfect for a delightful besties gathering. Sweet and savoury bites are completed with caviar at HK$988 for 2. Sugary highlights include Honey Cake, Christmas-classic Red Velvet, White Chocolate Mousse with esteemed caviar, while Caviar Tart, Smoked Salmon Tartare and Amaebi Tartare are offered.
